Can I cancel an order after I have placed it?

You can only cancel your order if your order status is Moderation. If you want to cancel it later, you won't be able to, because after moderation your order goes into production. Once in production, we will not be able to cancel it.

Please check your order status in the My Orders page of your profile, where you can always view and track your current order status.
