Can I return my order if I change my mind?

You can only cancel your order if your order status is Moderation. Unfortunately, once your order has gone into production, you won't be able to do this. As your product is only being printed because you have ordered it, we are unable to sell it to another customer. Therefore, we cannot cancel it and issue a refund. We're sorry, but this is how print on demand (your personal photo book) works.
